What Information Do We Collect

We do not collect information from our web site that can, in any way, be used to personally identify you, unless such information is freely volunteered by yourself. For example, if it is submitted via our contact form or by E-Mail.

We collect information about your web browser when ever you visit our web site(s). This information is freely offered by your web browser, and is collected in accordance with common practice on the web. This information includes, but is not limited to, your web browser's type and version, your computer's operating system, your screen resolution and your computer's IP address. We may also choose to record the pages you visit on our site, and the order in wich you visit them. This is extremely common practice amongst web sites and is nothing to be alarmed about.

How We Use It.

Information submitted via our contact form, or from any Kelpack Hire E-Mail address will be stored for as long as your query is outstanding. If you choose to become a customer, we may store this information for a longer period of time, usually longer than the duration of your custom.

Information gathered from your web browser is used to judge our website's effectiveness, compatibility and usability. This is presented to us without personally identifiable information as statistical information, to help us improve our site and web services. We may also examine the navigation routes you have taken through our site in order to judge the effectiveness of our navigation. This will not be presented in conjunction with any submitted queries, and will therefore not be personally identifiable.

We will never share your contact information with a third party without your express permission. In cases where a customer requests finance, we may need to run a credit check again the customer or customer business. This may be performed by a third party on our behalf, but only for the purpose of this credit check. Should you enter into any kind of finance agreement with us, our finance provider may need to permanently or temporarily store personal information about yourself and your business. Terms of their action are available from our finance provider on request.
